Want to work on a show, but don’t want to be onstage? Our production assistant program may be the place for you.

Designed for students ages 14-21, the Production Assistant Program equips young theater professionals with the chance to grow their skills in non acting disciplines. Some areas of focus include:

-
Stage Management
-

Backstage management
And more! Production Assistants work on Perry Ryan’s community branch, helping to create high quality theater performances for the Northwest Arkansas region. With training from industry professionals, PA’s will dive into various production projects, working with the creative team and creating magic the whole way!
